Molly Bruno is a focused and driven real estate professional, with experience in both residential and commercial real estate sales.

Her mission is to serve and empower real estate professionals regarding their careers and investments through innovative solutions and state of the art marketing.

With over twenty years of experience in both e-commerce and brick and mortar retail, digital and print marketing, Molly has knowledge to bridge the gap between tradition and technology. She approaches investing in real estate with an entrepreneurial philosophy.

Molly is passionate about inclusive business communities and making Connecticut a better place to live, work and play. She is 2024 President of Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors and founding member of the Women’s Council of Realtors Eastern CT.

As a volunteer leader, Molly Bruno helped grow both the Young Professionals Network and Women’s Council of Realtors. She is now the President of Eastern CT Association of Realtors and was 2022-2023 State Liaison for the three CT networks of Women’s Council of Realtors: Greater Fairfield, Central CT, and Eastern CT.

Molly also contributes her skills on the Board of Directors for the Greater Norwich Chamber of Commerce, and is interested in economic development and small business development.

As the President of the Eastern CT Association of Realtors, Molly Bruno has harnessed her visionary leadership to propel the organization to new heights. Recognizing the importance of representing a multitude of voices, Molly has recognized that tapping people on the shoulder for leadership will help bring more people to the table. 

Outside of their professional achievements, Molly Bruno is a passionate volunteer, dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the community. Their altruistic spirit drives them to lend a helping hand to local causes and organizations, such as St. Vincent de Paul with the annual Women’s Council of Realtors Eastern CT Trunk or Treat event.
